Unique Handmade Works
Each piece we offer is handcrafted by Japanese artisans. Small variations in color, texture, or form are a natural part of the making process and are considered part of the work’s unique character—not defects.

No Returns or Exchanges
Because these are individual works of craft, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to select carefully and appreciate the individuality of each piece.

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and pack all orders. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
