    All items are handmade by Japanese artisans. Small variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

  • Orders
    Orders are confirmed upon full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of errors or suspected fraud.

  • Shipping
    We use trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

  • Returns & Refunds
    No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
